Since the June 23rd storm, our team has been inspecting homes throughout Roseville and has found significant hail damage in several neighborhoods, including many homes with newer roofs. Newer shingles tend to be softer than older materials, and with temperatures in the 90s on the day of the storm, roofing materials were especially vulnerable to hail impacts. The areas where we’ve seen the most concentrated damage so far include Villa Park, Tamarack Park, and the northeast side of Como Park.

I do not leave a lot of reviews but they deserve it. I have had nothing but grade A customer service from this company. Back in October 2023 I had a terrible hail storm and as a new home owner I had zero clue what to do, how to handle insurance and the process of the claim itself. I got a knock on my door and here was a rep from Ardmor – he was nice and respectful, I then signed with them. They came to my house for a materials meeting (put up with my parents and I discussion), they communicated directly with my insurance, scheduled the whole job and obtained the permits. They let me make payments for my left over balance and all. Katie was a wonderful project manager! I honestly, can’t recommend this company more.

Dodge was exceptional to work with. He spent his time to make sure that everything was properly covered under insurance for both our siding and roof and was very patient, even when we changed our mind on colors multiple times. The roofing and siding looks great. They did a wonderful job and were extremely helpful with the insurance company. Through no fault of Ardmor the whole process took nearly 18 months. This was the constant reassignment of adjusters by the insurance. Ardmor kept on them and the only cost to me was my deductible and appoved upgrades. The owner even called me after he saw the front of the house and said if I would get a new storm door he would have his crew install it for free. The reason was it looked kinda shabby (it was old and due to be replaced) so I would have had to hire someone to do the job after the rest was done. In other words they did a wonderful job and went above and beyond what was actually required.

It took some time to get everything handled with insurance but once we got through that, they completed the work faster than expected and the quality was everything I hoped for!
